All refrigerant gas cylinders sold are intended for use by certified HVAC technicians and professionals. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and will comply with all applicable safety, handling, and regulatory requirements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to make a purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate account and order information.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout; we never store your full card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

5. Limitation of Liability

CoolifyHub and JAIDENCLOUD LLC are not liable for any damages arising from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized use of refrigerant products. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow all safety guidelines and local regulations.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles.
