Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.
2. Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier availability. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. Refrigerant cylinders are classified as hazardous materials and must ship via ground transport.
4. Restrictions
Due to hazardous material regulations, we currently ship only within the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All cylinders must be stored upright in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area upon delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
