Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original factory-sealed condition. Refrigerant cylinders that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective cylinder, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned refrigerant cylinders.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, opened or partially used refrigerant cylinders, special-order items, and products damaged due to misuse or improper storage are not eligible for return or refund.
